TERMS & CONDTIONS
Receipt of payment assumes acceptance of Terms, Conditions, and Dog Friendly Policy.

Check in time is 2pm on day of arrival

Check out time is by 10.30am on day of departure – early check in, or late check out may be requested if property is available.
Bookings/payment

Two nights payment is required at time of confirmed booking as deposit for your holiday.

Full payment is due 14 days prior to holiday arrival to secure your holiday.

Full payment due for *December and January holidays 21 days prior to holiday arrival.

Direct deposit is the preferred method of payment.

Cheques are accepted as long as received four weeks prior to holiday arrival.

Booking confirmation of your holiday will be emailed or posted once deposit is received - this includes Tax Receipt for deposit, balance outstanding and required payment date.

Upon receipt of full payment, the following will be emailed or posted - Tax Receipt for outstanding balance, directions to gibsons, and entrance instructions.
Cancellation

In the event of cancellation the deposit is non refundable.

Prior to 7 days the balance will not be refunded unless property is re-let to cover the dates of your booking and at the same tariff, less a 10% administrative fee.

Within 48 hours – no refund is given.
House standards
Number of guests not to exceed 6 unless previously arranged in writing. All tenants must be over 18 years of age unless accompanied by an adult. Parties and functions are prohibited. Noise levels must be kept at a normal residential level. Damages, breakages, theft or loss of house inventory are the tenant’s responsibility during their stay. The owners take no responsibility for the theft, loss, of damage or tenant’s personal property. Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
