GIBSON'S HOUSE

gibsons was recently awarded the prestigious 2007 Queensland Housing Industry Association’s Townhouse of the Year, and is now in the running to take out Australia Townhouse of the Year in Sydney this May. Three bedrooms and three bathroom on three different levels provides ideal flexibility for whatever your needs may be. gibsons is equally suited to one couple, three couples, families, or a girls weekend.

The first floor features one bedroom with 2 King Single beds, a spacious bathroom with shower, laundry and access to the garden and clothes line. You are invited to enjoy the fresh herbs from the garden when in season – rosemary, basil, oregano, sage, garlic chives, parsley, and mint. Kaffir lime leaves may be picked from the tree to add beautiful flavor to a thai meal.

The second floor features open plan living, dining, kitchen and large deck with breathtaking views. Inside you will find a comfortable lounge, dining table, TV, DVD player, stereo, and well appointed kitchen, including dishwasher. Out on the deck you will find an outdoor dining table, barbeque, and lovely tropical plants.

On the third level you will find two more bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms. The master ensuite includes a spacious bathtub with views out to a private deck and the ocean beyond. A comfy Queen bed awaits. The second bedroom is also outfitted with a Queen bed.

gibsons contains a split system air conditioner and heater throughout for your comfort regardless of the season, but for the most part enjoys the cooling ocean breezes. There are ceiling fans in the high set living room, and all windows and doors are screened.
